📍 Grade 7 Entry (First Form)
Successful completion of the Primary Exit Profile (PEP)
Submission of PEP scores and placement by the Ministry of Education
Copy of Birth Certificate
Two (2) Passport-Sized Photos
Immunization Record
Copy of Grade 6 Report
Completed Registration Form (provided after placement)
🔁 Transfer Students (Grades 8–11)
Letter of Transfer or Recommendation from Previous School
Latest School Report (at least 2 most recent terms)
Copy of Birth Certificate
Two (2) Passport-Sized Photos
Interview with Vice Principal or Head of Department
Completion of Internal Diagnostic Test (if applicable)
Availability of space in desired grade level

💵 Fees & Registration Costs
Registration Fee: JMD $3,000 (non-refundable)
PTA Contribution: JMD $2,500 per year
School Insurance: JMD $500
Uniform and Book Lists provided at registration
Note: We do not charge tuition for students placed by the Ministry of Education.
🧭 How to Apply
For Grade 7 Students (PEP Placement):
Await official Ministry of Education placement.
Visit the school on Registration Day.
Submit documents and complete registration form.
Receive uniform list, orientation details, and school handbook.
For Transfer Students:
Contact the school office at (876) XXX-XXXX or email admissions@aghs.edu.jm.
Submit documents via email or in person.
Attend interview and/or diagnostic test (if required).
Receive acceptance decision within 5–7 business days.
